Stop the Genocide

Stop The Genocide

Christians are barbarically beheaded, tortured, and crucified at an unprecedented rate in the world today. This is mostly because of the growth of Islam. We need to resist Islam in every way that we can. It already has too much of a foothold in Europe and North America.

Who will stand for freedom if we don’t stand for it here in North America? Our friends in Canada are telling me that they are looking for leadership from the United States. They are saying that if the US cannot protect its own freedom of religion, how and any other nation resist the onslaught of Islam?

It is vital that we in the US do our part. We cannot remain silent on the issues of Islam and Islamic terrorism. The goal of Islam is to take over the world for Allah. Someone must stand up and stop this. We need to be informed, and we need to have the courage to speak out.

Here is what has happened in some Muslim countries:

  • Syria’s Christians – 66% decimated.
  • Iraq’s Christians – 90% destroyed or displaced.
  • Nigeria’s Christians are on the brink of extinction. Nigeria is filling up mass graves with Christians.

Recently a group of Muslims attacked a Christian school and took more than 70 of the students and staff hostage demanding payment. This is not an isolated incident, it is a common occurrence.

Remember 3 or 4 years ago when ISIS stormed Raqqa. Some escaped and told us of the atrocities that occurred. The eyewitness told us just how barbaric the Islamic religion can be when it is given the freedom to do what it wants. A Nun revealed that Muslims were butchering Christians, draining their blood in bottles, and selling each bottle for $100,000 to Muslims in Saudi Arabia. These Muslims were washing their hands in Christian blood, believing that it atones for their sins.

Open Doors Watch List tells us that every month:

  • 255 Christians are killed
  • 104 are abducted
  • 180 Christian women are raped, sexually harassed or forced into marriage
  • 66 churches are attacked
  • 160 Christians are detained without trial and imprisoned

Every year, They release the World Watch List, a global indicator of countries where human and religious rights are being violated, and those countries most vulnerable to societal unrest and destabilization. This is the 26th year of the Open Doors World Watch List, and it remains the only annual in-depth survey to rank the 50 most difficult countries in which to be a Christian.

According to their research:

  1. 215 million Christians experience high levels of persecution in the countries on the World Watch List. This represents 1 in 12 Christians worldwide.

  2. North Korea is ranked #1 for the 17th consecutive year as the most dangerous country for Christians.
  3. During the World Watch List 2018 reporting period: 3,066 Christians were killed; 1,252 were abducted; 1,020 were raped or sexually harassed; and 793 churches were attacked.
  4. Islamic Oppression fuels Christian persecution in 8 of the top 10 countries.

  1. North Korea (94 points)
  2. Afghanistan (93 points)
  3. Somalia (91 points)
  4. Sudan (87 points)
  5. Pakistan (86 points)
  6. Eritrea (86 points)
  7. Libya (86 points)
  8. Iraq (86 points)
  9. Yemen (85 points)
  10. Iran (85 points)

Note: Syria dropped out of the top ten list down to No. 15, while Libya jumped back on the top ten list at No. 7 (since being No. 10 in 2016).

We must do our part

The following verse tells us how we are to respond to what is happening:

Proverbs 31:8-9 Open thy mouth for the dumb in the cause of all such as are appointed to destruction. Open thy mouth, judge righteously, and plead the cause of the poor and needy.

We are to speak up for those who cannot speak for “the dumb” (those who cannot speak for themselves) and who are “appointed to destruction” by their enemies. We must get the word out and inform the world of what is really happening. If we don’t speak up for those we are being persecuted and killed for their faith, who will?

Too many people are just shaking their heads and saying this is terrible. We must do more! We must take action! We must plead for those who cannot plead for themselves.

The whole reason I started Fortress of Faith was that I was tired of just shaking my head and saying this is terrible. I knew that I had to do something about it.

Although I saw what was happening elsewhere, I was one who said that Shariah Law could not come to Great Britain when others were saying it was coming. I was wrong and it did come. When it happened it was like a dagger in my heart. The headquarters for the Shariah Law Courts is in the very city where I lived and ministered.

The main goal of Fortress of Faith is to encourage Christians to speak the truth and have the courage to take action.

There is a great lesson for us to learn from the parable of the Good Samaritan. You know the story. A man was robbed, beaten, and left to die. Three men passed by. The two who’s duty it was to care, did nothing. The one who had the least reason to help was the one who took action.

It seems that those who are in the best position to do something, and who should do something, are usually those who won’t do anything. Those who have the least reason and the least ability are usually the ones that God uses. Why do you suppose this is true? The only ability that God is interested in is our availability. He uses those who are the most available, not those who are the ablest.

So, what can we do? At the very least we can be an advocate. As an advocate, we must publicly support the cause. We must not be afraid to let our position be known.

Once we become advocates, we must then move on to being activists. An activist is one who acts in the interest of the cause.

We, at Fortress of Faith, want to hear from you about what we can do to help you to become advocates and activists. Let me know by emailing me at tomwallace66@gmail.com or find me on Facebook.
